Studio OS · Inquiries and proposals

Every client inquiry gets attention.

A client emails in the middle of a busy day. The reply waits until evening, the proposal until tomorrow. Studio helps work through the inquiry, prepare the reply and proposal, and keep track of what comes next.

See how it works

Start with one inbox and one typical inquiry.

In everyday work

Know which client is waiting for the next step.

Studio OS helps organise client work. For inquiries, you work with Kairi: an AI agent that uses the client’s correspondence, your service information and approved prices.

Inquiries and correspondence together

Emails from your connected inbox, client details and sales stages share one workspace. See which inquiry is new and which is waiting for a proposal or a client’s reply.

Proposals using your prices

Kairi prepares estimates and quotes from your price list and agreed terms. Missing prices or requirements are flagged for your attention.

Follow up at an agreed time

Ask Studio to review unanswered proposals and prepare follow-up emails. For example, three days after sending a proposal, if the client has not replied.

Before you start

Does Studio send emails to clients on its own?

We start with drafts you review before sending. Automatic sending later depends on the agreed approvals and settings. Prices, discounts and client commitments are established beforehand.

Can I use my own inbox and price list?

Studio supports a Gmail connection and your company’s price list. Kairi can prepare a price-list version for approval. We can review the options for other email providers or specialist software together.

Do I need to change my whole sales process?

We start with one type of inquiry, give Studio the relevant service details and prices, and review the first replies together. Other workflows can follow later.

One task at a time

Let’s work through one of your usual inquiries.

Show us what arrives, what information you need for a proposal and where replies tend to stall. We’ll use that to agree on the first task Studio can take on.
