Keep client work organised through month end.

Every recurring client brings agreements, documents, deadlines and additional requests. Studio helps organise your practice’s client work and prepare invoices for service fees and extras.

In everyday work

Organise the practice around each client

Client history at hand

Service agreements, correspondence and documents are linked to the client. Draft replies can draw on the previous conversation.

Recurring work and extras distinguished

Retainers have billing periods and fees. When required, included hours and overruns at an agreed rate can also be tracked.

Your practice’s invoices prepared

Agreements and recorded work produce a period invoice draft for review. You check the details and amounts before approving.

Your expertise and decisions

Accounting expertise stays with you

You carry out and review your clients’ accounting and retain professional judgment. Studio helps organise your practice’s communication, tasks and billing for its own services.

Your accounting software remains the place for specialist work. The integration for your practice’s own invoicing is scoped around the software you use.

Before you start

Does Studio do my clients’ accounting?

This workflow focuses on running your practice’s client work: communication, agreements, tasks and your own invoices. Client bookkeeping and the review of statements and filings remain the accountant’s work.

Can I add separately billable work to the monthly fee?

Yes. A period invoice can include the fixed fee, recorded extras and hours beyond an allowance at an agreed rate. Additional charges need a defined basis; the system should not invent a price when one is missing.

The first step

Start with one part of your work

Choose one part of your day-to-day work, such as replying to inquiries, drafting proposals or preparing invoices. Together, we’ll identify what Studio can do, the information it needs and the decisions you approve.
